In The Kitchen is a cooking school and community kitchen located in Nevada City, Ca. In The Kitchen provides a unique experience in an intimate setting, striving to bring people together through cooking and breaking bread. Our classes are hands-on and held in a casual, and encouraging environment. The brand new kitchen is used and maintained at a very high standard to ensure that is is always sparking clean and fun to work in.

We use delicious, yet uncomplicated recipes and feature organic, local, and seasonal ingredients. Come join us for a cooking class, dinner party, or to start production for your own artisan food business.
