A group of some of Nevada County’s talented, creative and all around generally bombastic ladies have gathered and organized a day celebrating women and all forms of female creativity! 2 ladies in particular have worked extra hard in making this banging day come to fruition, Jesse Locks and Sasha Soukup (http://www.kitchenwitch.typepad.com/) check out her herb and food blog.

Starting Saturday at 9 am there will be a host of workshops led by women in our community. I will be teaching a cooking class at 10 am. We will be making 2 kinds of soups, Roasted Red Pepper and Potato-Leek. This will be a hands-on class. Come on down and enjoy the day!
