This interactive workshop focuses on building a closer relationship with five native plants. Participants will enjoy a hike through the woods to identify and collect (sustainably!) wild plant specimens. We will learn to prepare delicious, gourmet food and drinks and then make medicinal extracts to take home and use for common conditions. The workshop culminates in sharing a local and wild feast of fall foods.

The class will meet at the solar-powered home and habitat sanctuary of Michael and Alicia Funk.

General: $35.00

YWI and CNPS Members: $25.00

Workshop limited to 20 participants!!
