Bring your own place setting, drink and a dish to share, as well as A COOKBOOK you are willing to pass on in exchange for someone’s oldie but goody!…..who knows, you might walk away with your new favorite tome!
In the spirit of seasonal cuisine, let the sap moon of late winter/early spring inspire the dish you wish to share!
March:With memories of winter fading, tender shoots, young sprouts and fresh greens begin pushing their way through the warming soil. Green peas and firm asparagus are at their peak. Plump red strawberries sweeten market shelves. The widening array of springtime produce is a harbinger of the larger harvest to come.
This is a free event, open to the public so feel free to pass this on to any interested parties….
