		<description>my suggestion is just take some recipes and directly practicing in the kitchen, what ever the food coming from, asia, europe, middle east, africa etc.

My husband has always wanted to take some cooking classes, likes French, but also others.  I would like to give him a gift certificate to choose what he would like to do.  Can you do such a class?</description>
