KIDS IN THE KITCHEN!
April 16th – “Hardy English Fare” featuring Shepherds Pie – made with organic turkey, fresh vegetables topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, Tea Scones, home made Vanilla Pudding and Strawberry Trifle – a layered dessert with pudding, cake, organic strawberries and freshly whipped cream..
April 23rd - Exploring German Cuisine – German style soft pretzels with spelt flour, German Chicken Meatballs, Potato Pancakes and Baked Apples with vanilla ice cream..
May 14th – Argentinian – Cheese Empanadas, Marinated Flank Steak Nachos with various toppings, Arroz con leche (creamy rice pudding)..
May 21st - Fisherman Menu – Clam Chowder, Catch of the Day, Steamed Mussels in a tasty broth, and a featured dessert.
Classes are held from 3:30-5:15 and the cost is $35/class. There is a discount given for signing up for the series. All classes are hands on and include a nice meal at the end of class, and there is usually enough for mom or dad too
