Joe and I have gone back and forth about what the perfect food to make and sell would be. Well, we have finally settled on our first item! The perfect, basic bean, rice and cheese burrito! After living in the San Francisco Mission district, the perfect burrito becomes a staple in your diet. There is something about how perfectly the ingredients go together, and then are rolled into one with a yummy, soft flour tortilla! God, I want one right now! I am had 3 last night in the course of our rolling session!!

Our prepared food line is called EAT THIS. Right now burritos are our only offering, but we have plans to expand to a kitchari burrito, spring rolls and ?? The possibilities are endless!

Here are some images of our rolling session last night. We had fun. We always have fun. Burritos are made with organic ingredients, Lundberg rice, which is a regionally grown food, and of course each one is had with LOVE, the most important ingredient of all!
