Chef Jen Smitt will share a simple, but perfect pie crust recipe and demonstrate rolling out crust, fluting and lattice topping. In this class we will bake a Pumpkin, Ginger and Cardomom Pie and Apple-Cranberry Pie and share our holiday treats in class.
