In the Kitchen wants to make local food available to our community through the winter season. By using the CSA model or CSK, you can “subscribe” to a 6 week, prepared whole-foods box to be picked up each Monday at In the Kitchen in Nevada City. Each box will include one of each:

• 1 quart soup
• 1 quart Gluten-free grain salad
• 1 pint Lacto-fermented vegetables
• Bundle of burritos (5)

All food will be packed in re-usable glass mason jars Your jar deposit will be refunded when you bring the jars back. All food is vegetarian and made with organic, local ingredients.

This makes a great Christmas gift!!
