Enjoy an evening of cooking, dining and friends. In The Kitchen is located in Nevada City, Ca, emphasizing local, organic and seasonal menus that change with the moon. These hands-on classes are held several times a week in the evenings and afternoons and include tips on knife skills as well as helpful culinary tid bits throughout the class. At the end of class, we sit down to enjoy our feast with new friends, new skills, and a glass of wine! In The Kitchen is a culinary adventure that is sure to have you coming back for seconds!
